just flash back to stock rom,unroot

how u root then will be how you unroot it
depend on which way do you use to root
just like when u flash to custom rom
use the same way to flash to stock rom

i remember there were some users had such problem before
they said it may caused by automatically shut down due to insufficient battery
like what happened to you
so my advice is charge ur phone before it turns to 0%
btw, i never had such problem even though it auto shut down due to 0% battery
