This morning when I picked up my phone. It was shut down (i didn't turn it off). I press the power button and hell ... I stuck at the boot screen AGAIN since 2 weeks ago.

Last time when I did factory reset, some of the data still intact. I was thinking might be factory reset is not 'clean' enough. DO you think I should 'wipe data' or 'wipe dalvik cache' before factory reset? What exactly will 'wipe data' or 'wipe dalvik cache' do?

My X5 is rooted with superoneclick but stock ROM (B136). Maybe B136 is not stable. By the way, i saw there is a new stock ROM (U8800H V100R001C00B138SP01CUSTC38D001) http://wiki.modaco.com/index.php/Huawei_Firmware_U8800  . Anyone tried before?

I thought B138 is a stock ROM and is more stable than custom ROM. B136 is already quite good just random bootloop giving me headache, i was thinking B138 may be more stable than B136.

Can u pls explain further? I'm already using stock rom B136 (never flash to custom rom since bought this phone). Because I saw newer version of stock rom B138  here http://wiki.modaco.com/index.php/Huawei_Firmware_U8800  . I was thinking may be Huawei has fixed some bugs and release a newer stock rom. That's why I'm asking whether anyone has tried B138 before, wheter it is more stable...

i got a question. i wan download cracked games for x5, but there are so many types of phone and no x5, ><. so which 1 is more compatible? samsung galaxy? phone with snapdragon proc? quite confusing cz there are too many download link. help~

I estimate 15-20% battery discharge per day when the phone is powered on and in standby / sleep mode with no activity or very little usage like you said. So should last about 4-5 days as you can fully charge again when it goes down to 15-20%.

In Oxygen, you'll have to enable Data, otherwise you won't be able to send/receive mms.

hi, a noob question here, if i want to just overclock my phone, is not necessary to install custom rom right as long as the phone is rooted?

i notice sometime my phone seem to lag a bit after 4-5 days without rebooting the set even though i have autokiller and etc etc. After rebooting, everything seems faster and smoother.

Do you all practise rebooting it like every few days or once a week?
