currently using the miui 1.9.9 from stockwell, so far no problem
btw, what is the franco kernel use for? can improve performance? is it just flash with the same way that flashing rom does?

I am having force close on DSP Manager when i plug in my headphone
when listening to music, sometime DSPmanager FC sometime my player (TTPOD) FC

anyone face this before?
using miui 1.9.9

haha, found a way to turn off the lock screen wallpaper
just make a transparent wallpaper and set it as lock screen wallpaper rclxm9.gif

the background of the image is transparent, can see the rear screen behind the image
if applied on lock screen wallpaper, you will see the screen where you lock the screen

stock rom's file manager can access both internal and external storage
only things i found is to set the internal or external in X5 setting, but every time i want to access to other i need to change it, is it any other way to access both like the stock rom?

you can use dark theme instead of the white theme provided, very comfortable to eye

1. download the dark theme from here http://miuiandroid.com/2011/05/miui-dark-t...ially-released/
2. copy the .mtz file to your sd card (MIUI>theme)
3. open 'themes' in your miui, the dark theme should be there for you to apply

you can even also customize the theme's each component for using other theme's one (lockscreen, home, icon, font, etc)
miui browser doesn't come with this function, only night mode, but i dont know what it really does.
maybe you could try other browser

flibblesan's port is from miuiandroid
stockwell's port is from miui.us
what is the difference between this two?
for the latest build 1.9.23, which one is more stable/less bug
