The developer gave themselves a 50% discount. Can go to tribunal and demand full payment of LAD.

Just go file a complaint at Consumer Tribunal.. they will set a date.. go to the court at the set date and make your claim.. the developer can't simply imposed a 50% disc..its not as per SnP.
However, u need to have all documents ready incl. all payment claim letters, bank statements showing the loan released etc.
The developer will try to say that they can impose penalty for any delayed loan release by the bank.
