Anyone who consider buying here can forget about it.
Poor security, a lot of criminal cases, awful management, terrible finishing quality leak/crack everywhere. |

Really sayang this project.
Decent location, 10km to city centre. Amenities all are quite nearby. No issue with food, shopping, clinics, hospital. And the pool and playground is well maintained. The only sad thing is the lift, which for highrise is the most crucial. |
