i just realize that block B and C only got 20 floors...block A n D is 24 floors...

whole structure shd b finished on feb...half year to do internal partition...2 months for painting

ur profit kena 30% on 1st year
then balance is bank penalty charges...

er..what else? if let say u earn 200k...ur profit shd b around half of it, which means 100k
