If want new ipad need to fax back?

This Friday the new ipad will be here, so i reckon in one month following the stock will be quite limited, so i guess we able to get it by early June perhaps.

I had paid interest for 1/2 month on March and full month of april oledi

visit the site just now, still just in piling completion stage only.

my fren said the new ipad can start to take oledi but limited units at the moment, they will notify by sms

last month i went to see it's on 3rd floor now still on 3rd floor

the SnP get stamped around Sept or Oct 2011 if i not mistaken

i believed 380psf is highly possible upon VP. 400psf maybe another 1 or 2 year after VP.

If i not mistaken, the S&P is stamped on Sept 2011, so it should be due on Sept 2014.

Total 22 floors not include sky gym/bar

Is it normal they use sand brick at the exterior layer of the building?
Normally i saw new development they were using clay brick at the exterior wall and sand bricks at interior

they are the same as far as i remember

those are the general functional room if i not mistaken.
i remembered there is one big room for function like meeting at block C, another i forgot what in Block B

block A and D added another floor since my last visit 2 weeks ago.
so means they only can erect 1 floor/2 weeks? and these only block A and D. Block B and C seems like no movement in 2 weeks

what size? if 1050/1051 sqft, i dun think so.

I thought the SnP officially stamped around Sept so the tarikh siap should be Sept 2014.

But it's still slow though nonetheless

i think the delay is caused by the change of contractor happened last year?
