Btw, raintree also resemble low cost apartment from inside and it's going around 450k now. I wont be surprised if Amara can fetch more since the offered facilities are way better than raintree. 5 mins walking distance to KTM is a huge advantage though.

I believe photos of the Skydeck pool area facing the limestone hills are also available, just scroll through the various postings.

If not for the 1000 sf size, i would be tempted to shift here. Regretting not getting the bigger units.

Thank you Bro Potato for providing comfort. As a buyer myself, first home purchase somore (since then I have bought 2 additional properties), Im really hoping Amara would be worth all for good. Im all supportive for the greater good of our Amara community.

Any updates on the list of shops, retail outlets occupancy?

Im eager to know what kinda brands or businesses will be occupying the shoplots.

Who would determine this?

The quality of retail tenants will boost property price and property image.

In the official Amara Facebook Closed Group, somebody posted that they called Jaya Megah the developer, and was informed that key handover will be next month!
Despite being not fully ready yet.

Is this even possible?

Anyone here called the developer to clarify?

A point was raised that is a tactic for the developer to avoid paying LAD.
(By giving us the keys earlier).

Very smart eh developer.

Buyers started posting issue on maintenance fee already. Screenshots and documentation on official FB page...

Apparently maintenance fee is also stated in the S&P as RM0.18 cents... Please check your S&P if this is true.

Dear owners, on the official Facebook page some owner shared information that the bank market valuation rate is circa 430k - 450k for a 1011sqft.

Best to get proper bank valuation before selling your unit.

Agents will always say oversupply laaa, everyone selling, plenty of units, condition bad etc etc all kinda story to 'katok' and trick you into selling at a lower price.

Do not fall for agents cheap tricks.

And furthermore Speedmart 99 will begin operations soon at the retail podium.
More reason to hold and wait for price to stabilize.
