use tinyumbrella to kick him out of recovery mode and into DFU again, then you can go google a downgrade solution which uses a hosts file method, it will sign the 4.3.3 firmware for you instead of apple, but remember to revert host file if u want to upgrade your other iproducts

oh... he mentioned its 3g model
"Note: iPad 2 (3G models) are not supported on this tutorial as its baseband can't be downgraded so far." damn them for updating the baseband along with the jailbreak fix unless we can make a 4.3.3 which runs a new baseband and create a server to sign it

You won't able to restore to 4.3.3 yet if your are having iPad2 3G even u have SHSH stored. It works fine for ipad2 with wifi only. Pls check the below Q&A from DEV team http://blog.iphone-dev.org/Q: Will I permanently lose the jailbreak if I need to restore my device? A: For all except the iPad2, saving your SHSH blobs should let you always restore your device to iOS versions where this jailbreak works. The iPad2 is a little more complicated. If you have a wifi-only iPad2 and saved SHSH blobs, you’re in good shape. But if you have the GSM or CDMA iPad2, you won’t be able to restore to 4.3.3 or lower once Apple stops signing its baseband. There are a few ideas that might work to get around this limitation, but for now it’s best to assume there’s no going back to 4.3.3 once 4.3.4 is out for iPad2 GSM or CDMA owners. QUOTE(Seng_Kiat @ Jul 17 2011, 01:21 PM) i tried to install using 4.3.4 but getting error: The ipad "Ipad" cannot be restored. An unknown error occured (error 3194). Any idea? You need to clean your host file. If you had used TinyUmbrella before, it would have added some lines to your host file which is causing you to get the 3194 error. Go to your host file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\host and open it with wordpad. Remove anything that has gs.apple.com and save it. Run the restore process again and you should be able to restore your iPad 2 without any problems.

This happend to me last night. Just connet your ipad your ipad with pc, open tiny umbrella, it will detect your ipad, then go to advance tab uncheck the shsh when exit to cydia, close tiny umbrella. Open itune try restore the ipad with 4.3.4. It will work fine
