Okie dokie since everyone here on RG Strike, I present you my mini review of everyone's forgotten Strike, the Gale Strike!



Pros :
1) Well it was cheap....RM50.00 from Warehouse sale whatdya expect, lol.
2) Suprisingly a reasonably big kit since they went to put the rear thrusters on the shoulders and had the legs extended.
3) A nicely done original face. I like the Gale Strike's face better than the regular Strike. It just looks badass to me.
4) Blades are always nice.
5) Nice they included the beam rifle. But hey, it's from the Strike anyway!

Cons :
1) The back pack made it top heavy, you'll need a stand if not it will slide back. Probably a regular problem with all back heavy kits.
2) The shoulder joint connector is hollow...You'll need to be careful or reinforce it or breakage will occur.
3) Like all Seed 1/100 kits, you'll need to open up the hands to swap weapons. I miss the old days of the 1/100 HG kits where you at least have moving fingers.
4) Shoulders and knees have at most 90 degrees movement, though it looks like it can provide more. It can't. Don't try it.
5) I don't really see the purpose of mounting the Shield on the back pack....
6) Scale for the feet is slightly out. I think the feet is a tad too big....
7) The decals given isn't gonna look nice since they are too big for it. Unless you measure the decals and start cutting and pasting, the decals would really look bad on it if you just follow the manual.

Overall :

It's really not that bad a kit if you don't mind the fugly design. If you can find it cheap, great. If not, better pass on it, as there better kits than this on full price.

I wonder will there ever be a RG or an MG?

my guess is we can buy anywhere as long as on d box there got d promo sticker....
