Actually you shouldn't be happy la. It shows other people don't even respect our country. Even north Korea's Kim Jong il can send his family study overseas get respect. Even their ambassador and UN reps got respect. This one our PM kena shame like this. As much as you dislike him also, you want to make change means you go out and vote.
