1. The set conditions, age, warranty & available accesories are as listed and as it is. What you see is what you get.
2. 10% deposit is required to reserve the set at the offer price and will be forfeited if the Buyer FFK or declined the purchase, unless it do not met the condition as stated in the thread during checking.
3. Personal Warranty applies only for Courier Order - 3 days upon receipt on
i. Shipment/handling defect only where insurance will be claimed. Buyer responsible to check package condition on receipt before acknowledging receipt.
ii. Manufacturing defect to be exchanged one to one or replaced with similiar set of same value.
iii. Software / firmware related issues to be referred to the manufacturer/distributor/vendor website.
iv. Exclude any negligence by the Buyer.
v. Warranty claim is directly under the respective manufacturer's term & condition.
4. Cash on Collection is at designated location as stated in the posting at the agreed time, please be puntual.
5. Recommended Courier service by GDex Secure Delivery with Insurance coverage to maximise your protection for additional RM50 or as charged.
