Details of the complaint : I was made to wait for almost two months after making the deposit before seller eventually agreed to a refund (he had prior to payment, convinced me that item would arrive in a day or two). After breaking his own initial & subsequent deadlines, seller had most of the time refused to answer my calls/ reply to smses made to him. Seller also did not bother keeping up with the promises he made during our few phone conversations and had even lied and made me travel all the way to his shop in SS2 during peak hour, no less than twice. Seller only relented and told the truth about unavailability of item after I threatened to file a complaint against him on the forum, and that was after weeks of telling lies after another. On the day I was reimbursed, seller and a fellow co-worker tried to hush things up when being reprimanded over his ethics.

Details of the complaint : I was sold a defective unit of PhotoFast CR-5400 and seller was immediately informed about it via sms. Seller had then promised to get back to me but has not even bothered to honour that promise, until today. As seller had made it known in her sales threads that she was having her finals in the coming months, and out of respect to her, there were no follow-up done with her after the initial sms, until sometime in July. By then she had refused to answer my call or reply to the pm and smses sent to her.
