i'd consider that as an unreasonable thing to expect from anyone 
what u do is, update a single post of yours to list down all your trades
when someone asks "how do i know if you're trustable?" u give them the link to that exact post of yours, all the details there
of course u dont tell him "look for yourself in this thread"
if you're not sure if someone's trustable, ask him for the link to his post here

isnt that simple?
