Blacklisted Buyers
1. 03082008: Promised to buy the item after she negotiated with me for a lower price and asked for my bank account number and personal details. However, after a few weeks, she still hasn't banked in and she didn't even bother to inform me. She finally told me she doesn't have time to bank in after I pm-ed her. I asked her whether I should reserve it for her and from then on, she ignored my PM, never bother to reply or bank in.
