Shitlisted Reason: Not an honest seller, the thread offered RM45 and a postage through POSLAJU. However, she offered a negotiation and accepted RM40 include shipping. After transferred, she degrade the postage to normal registered postage, which is hard to expect the timing. I demand a POSLAJU because I am having holiday, she said add RM5 and she'll give me POSLAJU.
What's the point of negotiation when it comes back to the original price. So I said send to me with POSLAJU or just refund to me, and she said there is no such thing as refund in online business. Even if the item never reaches me, it's none of her business. What kind of business ethics she has?
And later on, she said take it with the registered post or she'll only refund 50%. It's small money, but what driven me crazy is her attitude which is so cruel and trying to scam me to pay more than we agreed. I don't see any point of nego if she just change the delivery service without telling me. She said my fault, never ask first.
I've sealed the deal with her quite some time ago and agreed to transfer early June, but she keep on bumping her thread. Totally feel cheated.
I am not hard to deal with, just be honest with me because for once the deal is sealed I am expecting the exact service. Don't just lowered your price and then without telling, change the delivery method. This is wicked and immoral. The last time I am going to deal with this person, noted Wong Sook Hwa around 20 yrs old in 2009 PJCad student.
