how to read the update info: started from column left to right ya
**Page 1
*line no: your update line Number:
*Client Name & order number(#): your LYN Nick name: show as ??*****?? follow by the order Number start with #
*Ordering Date: date when place the order or order starting date
*Total Parcel: in this batch got how many parcel(1 seller = 1 parcel ) in processing (note: add item number will increase, cancel item number will decrease.)
*Seller send Parcel status: Number of parcel already sent out by seller
*Parcel On The Way: Number of parcel on the way(in courier process), mean parcel sent out but not arrived our warehouse
*Parcel Arrived: number of parcel already reached our warehouse
*Forwarding Status & Date:
1. Not yet : last parcel not arrive yet, once last parcel arrived, the status will change to
2. ready no date : because last parcel arrive late, will forward next working day or
3. started with date: on the stated date, evening or night time will update the final weight via PM, pls often check your PM and proceed Final payment
4. HOLD BY CLIENT: client request hold the forwarding process for add item (note: once request "HOLD"(HOLD = forwarding wont start), if want resume forwarding must inform me cancel the "HOLD" )
5. Preorder item: mean your order have preorder item which need to wait seller sent the parcel after they have the item

Question: after i place order, can i still add item to same batch?
Answer: Yes can, as long as the forwarding process haven't started, can add any item, but if haven't found the right item at right price, you can PM me to "HOLD" the forwarding process, so have more time do searching.
Question: i saw all my parcel arrived warehouse, but why didn't proceed forwarding process on same day?
Answer: the reason cannot forward on same day is because "last" parcel arrive late(after 12pm noon), and will proceed forwarding on next working day
Question: for checking update, can i direct save or bookmark the google doc link? so i can view it without load from this page
Answer: YES can, but pls take note, the update link(google doc link) only for 1 month only, next month will be different link ya
Question: I saw the forwarding started or have weight update, can i still add item or change address?
Answer: NO cannot already, because once the forwarding started, the job order will be locked by courier company, nothing can be change already

VERY IMPORTANT: because i have lot of orders which involved large amount of sellers, during each order(each purchase) i already put side note and also PM each seller to be caution at the color/size/pattern/selection, but still will facing some careless seller or their careless worker make some mistake which they also didn't notice when they prepare the parcel.
so when received the parcel, if in case got mistake, 1st important thing is take a photo(a photo mean thousand of word in internet purchasing) a photo is a strong prove and is a "MUST" for me help do the follow up work for you, with a good photo i can speed up everything, in other hand(without photo) some time i cannot even do a thing, because just tell the seller by word: "this not correct and that one also got mistake", doing like this some seller don't even bother to reply me!!!
