Are you talking about new tyres or used tyres? If used you can check Mudah.com but if you are talking about new tyres, it is just give and take a difference of RM10 to RM15 per tyre. This amount also is the diffrence between normal brands like Dunlop, Silverstone and even Bridgestone.
You can actually hunt tyre shop by tyre shop to see if there are any trade ins for those who changed to 16 inch rims with 55 series. The again if they 'taruh' you back with balancing charges, same same larr.

If woory any of the Klang shops selling expired tyre, just do a quick check on the tyre marking lah..for eg 0111 meaning mfg on 1st week or 2011 so OK lor.
Lotsa Subang jaya/Sunway tyre shops trying hard to scare customers saying those in klang are old stocks just to avoid ppl from going to Klang. Well. this is true facts..which i also been ill-advised years ago
But after I worked nearby years ago and visited those in Klang, well It's indeed not old stocks. All NEW!! and not > 3mths the most.
The only bad idea of going down to klang is the cost of traveling there & the ridicolous waiting time..can be as long as 3-4hrs during weekend!
BTW, you can trade-n your old rim to new at ridicolous cheap price there too..haha..imagine only top up RM30-RM50 to get an immediate repaired RIM...

With the daily volume... I doubt most shops in klang got any expired tyres for widely used sizes.
U change 2 or more tyres it is worth a trip to klang. Easily save 50-200 or more depends on what brand and sizes.
USually most tyres shop around hin leong sell aabout the same prices.

I mostly go to speedline at sungai buloh . Consider as cheap to me and near my house. Mostly sell Falken and Michelin tyres.
