if ur comp works fine, dunnid update.
if u play games, update nvidia drivers n intel display drivers
if u free n love tweeking, update everything
if u siao free, mod/update ur bios n let us know if it works~

1st and the main thing u should know when buying a laptop.......never trust the salesperson. They aren't expect compare to LYN sifus 

i dunno what the chinese words means but im guessing it's sound distortion. It's normal in most laptop when u put the volume to the highest. This problem can be overcome by adjusting Asus Sonic Master. Just lower the surround or vocal clarity. Or you can download the latest Realtek audio driver

use Asus AI recovery burner.....if u happen to delete it, install it via Asus e-driver
you need 6 DVDs

try setting ur nvidia optimus for the game to use nvidia card.... optimus auto switches.... maybe it switches in ur game that's y...

try n see. ^^

right click ur online game de .exe file.... the file that runs ur game..

should hav option to set it nvidia or wateva.... i nvr saw b4 cz i haven buy my lappy pun but it's sumtin lidat. ^^

i dun understand chinese.....but looking at it.....you can put the game graphics at the most highest settings
