Best quality and printing resolution is still Epson. What kind of printer are you looking for? Normal or AIO type?

- Cartridge not installed properly?
- Defective/Incompatible chips?
- No support from the seller?

Please email me with more info on the set that you bought. If you can take a few photos of the chip will be better. If it's really the chip issue, either chase the seller or get the latest chips.
