Every room I install ventilation fan, this will help suck fresh air in when I open windows.

For the purpose of extracting hot air, it is best to place them at the higher lever. Hot air rises biggrin.gif

This not work during day time in here. You are sucking hot air into your house.

What you need is preserve the cold air in your house as long as possible. And only suck cold air during late evening or night.

Use only at night when we want fresh air. And during hazy days is not recommend.

coz my 2nd level quite hot during the day time leh
so best to let all the hot air out

hence the reason to do this exercise.

well the best is still to put turbine ventilator the spinning thing on the roof...

that will extract the hot air , from between the roof n ceiling thus reducing the "radiant" heat to the room..

you can place the louver where the air cycles through in the bathroom

so in the same time ur reducing moisture in the bathroom and also have a place for the air to move

since most bathroom have, a window directly to the outside...

How effective are those roof top turbines?

How about those aluminium sheets on the roof? Do they help? I notice that my house has them installed.

Those aluminium sheets are those thin ones, not the more expensive and thicker ones with bubbles etc. Not sure how effective are those.

As for hte turbine, is the difference in temperature noticable? It's it ok when it's rainy, wouldn't want water to get in the roof. Any good vendor to recommend in Penang for this ?
