The best way is call them directly.. rather than sending emails.
Call this number: 00 44 845 456 4933 or if you are a maxis user, call this: 132 00 44 845 456 4933
Call after 6pm, it's already morning and working hours in the UK.
Call and mention your problem with your order ID with you... they will help out instantly.

been reading this thread for quite some time...however this is the first time posting...need some advice...i just got my name printed on my jersey, however after printing, the shop's person didnt leave it cold for a while, so the number ended up crumbled...any idea on how to solve this problem?? thanks a lot...
I suspect it's senscilia.. if you did it locally...
It's normal to have it crumbled.. it doesn't get ruined when it is that way.
How to fix it? Easy.
1. Spray some water on top of the letters/numbers
2. Iron set to 2 dots
3. Slowly iron on top of the letters/numbers
Next time, to ensure the bonding is secured.. flip your jersey inside out (terbalikkan your jersey). Then spray water on the areas where the printings are. Then iron press it...

Also, if it is the third, will it have the old crest/Believe on the back?
I have already confirmed this with a friend of mine.......... the white away kit last season will be re-used again as the third.
