you can't get bear body even if you want to...growing too big is not a concern, not growing IS a concern.
eat healthy and throw in mass gainers if you can't eat that much.

You should start by reading the stickies.

I did read the stickies.. but im not sure if that is the right exercise for me to do.

my exercise routine:

day 1 :
squat 50lbs 5 x 3
Bench press 60lbs 5 x 2
Dumbell fly 20lbs/hand.. 5 x 2
Pumping 15 x 2

day 2 :
squat 50lbs 5 x 3
Bicep curl 20lbs 10 x 2
Bicep curl 10lbs 10 x 2
Bicep curl 5lbs 30 x 2
Bicep curl 2.2lbs 30 x 2
Barbell 25lbs 5 x 2

day 3 :
squat 50lbs 5 x 3
sit up 20 x 3
(idk the name of the exercise. we put our elbow on the support, and leave our leg hanging. then pull the upwards making out body L shaped.) 10 x2

day 4 : rest day

then i repeat all over again.
Im pretty sure my eating habit is sucks since i can get hold of healthy food in where im living now ( college)

everyday i took 1 or 2 piece of chicken breast/drumstick. 1 fried egg. Lotsa rice ,6 rice bowl (bowl size : restaurant usually gives 1 bowl/ plate)

any advice?

You definitely need to pick a routine, not gonna get anything out of such low volume.

i read thru stronglift and rippetoe guide.. and also the pinned topic about strength training..
So, i should start with strength training?

just now i went to gym. and tried the strength training.
only manage to bench :
80lbs 5x3
Squat 100lbs 5x3
Deadlift 80 lbs 5x3
Dips 2x8
(im following darkside guide Here)

what should i do to increase my strength? keep on increasing weight of barbells during training?

deadlift's suppose to be heavier than squat bro at least for most people ;P
yeah just follow any guide you're interested no point following one you don't like and no point going there not knowing what to do. i progressed like snail back when i was doing dumbbells like homo haha. stronglift helped me a lot!
do more exercises that involves more muscle. eg. you wanna train say..rear deltoids, you can hit those with pull ups/bent over barbell rows or anything you like. squeeze those rear deltoids at the end of movement. our body are built to function in unison so no point doing too many isolations except if you're pro.
good luck!

Split ur "Big 3" bench squat and deadlift into 3 diff days. Ur rep is too low.

i can do deadlift with 100lbs.. but then my palm will surely blistered since the bar pull my skin downward. as for squat, the bar resting on my palm instead of me gripping it. so no blister when doing squat but the limiting factor is my quadriceps. sweat.gif

I followed darklight/stronglift guide blindly. thats y i did 5 reps only lol.
um, i can bench/squat n deadlift 10x5 before all in a day. (the day after, my whole body fatigued tongue.gif)
so what should i do? follow the guide? or increase rep? or set? or shud i separate it into 3 days?

try the bright side.
strength comes with training. not a week or two thingy. u train more, u get stronger. the more u put ur body into resistance, the stronger the body gets to counter it.
the figures above r ok for newbies. u get stronger when u know ur reps get higher. once reps r higher and increasingly easy, time to increase the weight.
