guys i need some advice

im thinking of getting the polo sport but i hate hate hate the cushion seat. feels so damn rough and im thinking of changing it to leather seats including the fabric panelling on the door to leather. The problem is im afraid that if the door panel is not installed back properly ill hear noises.

Has anyone here had their car seats and door panel changed to leather??? or has anyone had their cushion changed to leather and kept the original fabric panel on the door?? Does leather seat combination plus fabric door panelling look ugly? or is that still nice to look at?
