Voted for no, but on the other hand if you buy imitation jerseys that's doing more harm than good for your club. It's effectively increasing the demand for more imitation jerseys which will impedes the sales of the original ones.
It's understandable if you don't have the original jersey since it is relatively expensive, just don't go around buying the imitation ones.
And would you much rather have your money(or part of it) goes into the club you support or some jersey pirates?

Say no to imitations & fakes...if you can't afford an original kit then just let it be..save money & buy it during end of season where we can get better deals at discounted price... Buy your own original local team kits...that will be even better...

Being a fan, always wish to be part of the team, family. Wearing jersey for me is like being part of the pieces. To show support to your team and wearing with pride (doesnt mean to show off). No offence here, not to pointing fingers at who or whom, B4 i started purchasing authentic jersey, i purchased fake once, when i put on, somehow i felt the quality of the shirt irritates my skin, i felt not comfy when wearing it. Hence, not getting since 1st purchase.
To be honest, if you are true fans, you would own AT LEAST one club jersey, in term of authentic, once u got the authentic kit, trust me, the quality of the shirt is diff compared to the fake. so my answer is YES. On the other hand, some fans doesnt play soccer, they might have different hobby as mentioned by pyroboy1911, collect posters, or other club merchandise.

Im a Newcastle fan..Newcastle fans are in a dilemma..we buy the authentic shirt to show our support yet we get a freakin club owner who takes the money in but doesnt reinvest in our club as much as he should..but still the issue of buying authentic or fake is entirely up to the individuals own taste and principles..no one can force anyone to buy authentic and or not to buy fake..
just my 2 cents

No, be realistic and dont let other people judge you by what you wear. It's pretty stupid to buy the original jersey of a team that you will never visit. Better to buy a plane ticket and derby match ticket to show your commitment.
