Damn OC is hard to understand.

This is my setup what can i do to oc this?

Amd Phenom II X6 1100t
Asus CrossHair V Formula
Kingston Hyper X 1600 8GB with ram cooler
Sapphire 6950 x 2 Xfire
Corsair Force3 120Gb SSD
And Corsair Hydro Series H80

After install all the Asus Utilitise software OC is way2 too complicated..
