Hi everyone,

need help from KA apartment forumers,

wondering what anyone have to say about buying a ground floor unit of this KA apartment? is ground floor ok? any one have experience living in ground floor apartment? pro & cons?

and do anyone know if our housing loan is rejected by 1 bank (due to some history with that bank but alreday clear up all oustanding payment), will it effect application with other bank?
