Having a long chit chat at security main door, around 10pm+

An Indian Security - Mr John
A Friendly Dog - Mr Jacky Boy

This 2 Indian Security very ganas...hehe..I wanna look at their visitors book they not allow.

They record base on Floor and Block, cos they wanna culculate resident at this apartment.

Yes, there have 20-30 unit is rent to Factory worker.
~ALL is Malay/Indon/Kelantan/Sabah Young Lady.
~From an electronic Factory at Sec 26. (Forget the name). Uniform Grey and Pink with long sleeve and long pants.
~Every Morning and Night have bus take and send them back. (Morning & Night Shift Worker)
~Captain said have a woman call "Madam" she will randomly check all this worker...They not allow Guy stay with them. (Scare they pregenant? hehe..) 
~Captain said 1 house strictly allow 6 people only.

Currently Block 2 (Red Block) resident is more than Block 1 (Yellow Block) resident.

I saw this and I'm very interested to get unit comes with 2 CPs
What is the bank value for this property currently?
Could I get 90% loan from bank with this price?

i think less than 100% due to they hv pay interest for 3 yrs and due to they sold out within 5 yrs , kena 30% tax

I saw this photo on Internet. Does anyone hv any idea that which contractor did this kitchen? I like this design very well and would like to look for that contractor to reno. Also please share with me the estimate cost to do this + 2 more kitchen wall cabinet

Another thg I would like to ask, can I install windows at the yard? Afraid that the water come in during heavy rain + strong wind. How much does it cost to install windows?

Will seriously consider this. The least time I check it out with an agent, wasn't so impressed. But this is one of the few affordable properties below 300k  in Klang Valley area that I could find.

Seriously considering to leggo my unit here before i cannot sell this off.

Inconsiderate foreign workers (i believe) are vandalizing the utilities for fun here.

Site visit found out that 3 out of 4 lifts are out of service
(2 were closed by management coz vandalism)

The only lift that is working is also victim of vandalism as well!!
