No Idea, but he claims the few units above the management office is done by him. To grill up everything he quoted RM1,200. For the front doors, and front room windows he quoted RM750. (FYI he has thicker grills as well and those cost more)

So far Yap from TYJ Renovation Works (016 293 7168) offered the cheapest. Everything at RM1,100.

These are the two contacts I've got from them when I visited the place.

~From an electronic Factory at Sec 26. (Forget the name). Uniform Grey and Pink with long sleeve and long pants.
~Every Morning and Night have bus take and send them back. (Morning & Night Shift Worker)
~Captain said have a woman call "Madam" she will randomly check all this worker...They not allow Guy stay with them. (Scare they pregenant? hehe..)  tongue.gif
~Captain said 1 house strictly allow 6 people only.

Currently Block 2 (Red Block) resident is more than Block 1 (Yellow Block) resident.  icon_rolleyes.gif

Thats why the owner smart, give me all the keys so I have to entertain the evaluator.
All done now waiting for my bank to settle the owners loan, then do name transfer. I think hor.. lama lagi lah! haha.
Go holiday first lar, year end d. Next year come back only think about doing anything. rclxm9.gif

My agent also advised that the prices online is a marketing gimmick to lure you. Later they will say the unit is sold out, but we have another unit at RMXXX..

That's right, the owner i bought from was a paramount employee and most of my neighbouring units here are paramount employee owners. So it is not that easy to get such good deals of a property unless you have some special privileges.

Nonetheless I love the environment there so far, it's near to schools, hospitals, MCDONALDS! and of course a friend of mine who is a civil engineer says our apartment has a very low density and we do not have to worry about "feng shui problem" of another apartment popping out within our sight or window view, there isn't space for any rclxms.gif Then again the empty land beside us I don't guarantee tongue.gif

Demographics wise, I can describe it as harmonious. Theres Malays, Indians, Chinese and I have a middle eastern family neighbour. Of course only our fellow Malaysians smiled at me when I was around regardless of race.

And not to mention we have a Kemuning Aman what'sapp chatroom with friendly people who are willing to share and help on costing. Feeling absolutely good about it! thumbup.gif

At the moment outside the balcony, the management does not allow any window of any kind. Until you have converted it to strata title then only you can add a window.

I heard about it too. Highlight it to the management and give them pressure so they would install cctvs on all lifts. ALl the owners are doing so. icon_rolleyes.gif
