I'm first hand buyer but I still haven't got my keys...is anyone here facing the same issue?

I checked with them a few weeks ago and they say just wait for the letter to collect keys...till today I received nothing

So I took my house keys several days ago, here's what I know so far:

- Astro: centralised with standard definition only. Upgrade to b.yond is possible with own cost. Dishes are to be installed on roof top with wiring all the way down to your own units, hense the installatiin cost depends on how low is the unit located.

- No telephone lines until 80% occupation, meaning no Unifi!

- Saw a house moving service unloading furnitures from a lorry, with a Indonesian looking girl looking on. They unloaded at least 6 beds and 3 wardrobes. Might be become a Maud hostel or something. When I left the complex there was a bus parked outside if the apartment.

I got my keys already. Asked some interior designers to come and see and we all agreed that the kitchen is extremely small. Kind of headache now LOL

Anyone installed UNIFI?
Anyone installed Astro Byond?

Unifi and streamyx not available yet. Even house phone also not available (I heard).

For astro, SD uses centralised dish. If want HD need to install your own dish at roof top. Wiring own cost. I did for around rm200
