Lol... understand. I do think SG cars are expensive as well. One mid sized car can costs $80K  rclxub.gif

Well, shopping malls are small, and some of them seems have been left for quite a long time and abandoned like tat. And, most of the shopping malls here carry most of the same stuff, dont you think?
Erm, btw my age is not till uncle/aunties yet laa...  tongue.gif
Understood... but if I take up this offer, I think I will be short term in SG, well at least that's what I think for now  sweat.gif

I wonder how many of you intend to:-

(A) stay and work in SG short term for 3 to 5 years or PR wins the next GE and will be announce the new federal government.

(B) stay and work in SG mid-term for 5 to 10 years regardless what will happen unless SG got an earthquake.

© stay and work in SG long-term for 10 years & above or as long as RM2.40 = $1.00

(D) stay, start a family, raise ur children and work in SG till retirement...

I only falls into category (A) bcos too much commitment back at my hometown.

Added on July 22, 2011, 10:09 pmbtw guys... wanna ask... moving between ep... p1 p2 q1 ... do you need to do anything? like apply a new card or something? lets say you're still having an ep card that is still valid for 1/2 its duration... ?
*
long time ago so not sure still applicable, I return my Ep few day before my last day then they issue me a temporary pass, but on one hand I already hold the IPA from the new co. when reach new co, make appt with mom at riverwalk, bring the IPA with the new co sign, the officer will verified the detail, then can proceed to counter collect new card. it was p2 to p1 that time.

monday blue... from the internet cool2.gif

There is this miss universe contest.....and the 3 finalists are miss american, miss australia, and miss singapore.
Now....the judges are asking 3 questions to the finalists..

the 1st question is: "name me an electrical appliance starting with the letter l..."miss american is as confident as ever, and replies straight away:"..lamp...".
the judges say good....miss australia replies:"......light bulb...." the judges say good..... now miss singapore is not too sure......she finally says:".....ladio...."
then the judges say:"....sorry, radio doesn't start with letter l....."

Now the 2nd question is:".....name me an animal starting with the letter l"
miss american says confidently:"....lion...."
the judges say good.....and miss australia says:"......leopard....."
the judges say good....and now miss singapore isn't too sure again.... she says:"...labbit..."
the judges say:"...sorry, rabbit doesn't start with the letter l.....and if you get the next question wrong, I'm afraid you are out of the contest...."

Now, the 3rd and last question......:"name me a fruit starting with the letter l....."miss american says:"....lime...."
the judges say well done.....miss australia says:.....lemon...."
the judges say well done.... Now miss singapore knows the answer for once.....she is very confident that she would make it to the next round......
she says:".........LIEW LIAN..........."

for those who replied to my question about 'malaysian driving license convert to sg license'

thank you!

for those who applied for PR, i too got rejected, im an engineer n not surprised they reject me coz engineers alot plus the locals hav been complaining ALOT about foreigners working in sg... coz to them, without us, they would hav more jobs n possibly better pay.

staying in sg, we r giving up alot n contributing alot of rental income to the locals... its not all bells n whistles... we only enjoy the conversion when we go back... 4 times/year?
*
can ask on your rejection, did there mention to apply after certain period ? 6 month or 2 years ?

u go back 4 time a years only ? wow blink.gif
