QUOTE(ivanswk @ Aug 5 2011, 11:04 AM) somehow i think it is the property agent who drive up all the HDB price 50-80k COV, if convert can straight buy a landed house aldi back home where is your "back home" that can buy landed for under rm200k? anyway yes it is in property agent's best interest to drive the prices higher. higher price = higher commission for them mah. but this is also supported by high demand - if got low demand high supply, agents however bullsh*t you also they got not much influence to increase prices. |

QUOTE(WyjSwmW @ Aug 7 2011, 01:59 PM) For you guys who travel often from SG-KL-SG, which flight you guys recommend? I only need the cheapest flight. Just go to the airline websites, put in the dates you want to fly, and then compare for yourself la. For me, I take either AA or Tiger, sometimes AA cheaper sometimes Tiger cheaper. |

QUOTE(toda6866 @ Aug 7 2011, 08:04 PM) where got such thing? IRAS will determine ur final tax value, not dictated by company well ... http://www.guidemesingapore.com/taxation/r...lding-tax-guide When a Singapore company or individual pays a non-resident for services, a percentage of that payment must be withheld and handed over to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), hence the term withholding tax. |

QUOTE(LYR @ Aug 7 2011, 11:59 PM) my POSB by default is token. i wish it's by sms. i have opposite thinking with you. it's more convenient not to carry the token if i'm going abroad. as long as international roaming in enabled, it should not have problem receiving sms overseas. i agree haha. bring token is just another "thing" that need to take care of, can get lost, etc. sms better! |
