care to share the main reason for your company employee referrals program ?
*
its basically a win win situation..

my benefits = i get some referral fees.... got it or not i also ok 1. (not so desperate for cash anyway)
his benefits = he can by pass HR screening and the resume will be hand over to the hiring manager directly.
The hiring manager is currently my manager, my performance is consider good so far. so he will definitely look into my referrals.

Those working in a MNC should know that for the resume to get through HR screening, i think they will at least filter out 90% of it.
but looking at what he say, if he is a fresh grad without experience and he is a foreigner, the chances that he is going to be hired is less than 10%.

you forgotten about the 4 heavenly stars of LYN??

1. Mackiddo... definitely more than 8k. but he is PR, so no pass is needed
2. Kockroach... also more than 8k i guess, just got his PR. not on EP anymore.
3. Seantang.... this is always is a mistery... but i think he is surely PR also.
4. Alaskanbunny.... he is on EP, but EP cannot see which category from the card 1 ma. but his pay should exceed 8k.

but i believed Malaysian birth cert doesn't need to be translate rite? because Malaysia and Singapore was the same country before.
Just like converting driving license, our driving license is in Malay, but it doesn't need translation.

For the sake of avoiding confusion, this 'VEP' Aloong is referring to is actually an Autopass Card.
Official rules are that if you hold any workpass, you need to keep the car outside of singapore 8 hours every day. However unofficially they don't enforce.
*
wrong.... the unofficial rule is 1 week. not more than 9 days. if ur car is in Singapore more than 9 days, u prepare your self to answer them.
just like the cigarette rule. 1 open pack.

How about EP with sg residence address for the first year? I briefly drove my car for the first week when i first arrived, but didnt know got such rules.
*
aiya, they close 1 eye 1. my Work Permit put my aunty's address. but i still drive in and out with my Malaysian car/bike with my Malaysian license.
to them, as long as ur car dun stay in SG for a period more than 9 days, then its ok. in out in out daily also no problem.
