its so hard to get an IT job in Sg...

i applied so many, not even 1 reply...

i thought Sg got many vacancies for .NET and Java....

It could be alot of cases, mind sharing what's your profile and expected salary? But I can tell it is certainly easy to get an IT job over Singapore~ As I mention before I have a friend who was agent recruit before and what he told me is that IT field are the most demand in SG.

ASP.NET
Java (only on creating threads, back end)
MS SQL

Most of my tasks were using .NET and HTML to create reports with basic functions such as search/update/delete, and using Java as back end system to generate/retrieve files in .txt/.xml/csv

Doesn't seems insufficient of skills and relevant experience. You mind to share your cv so I can give some comment on it?
One more thing where do you usually find the portal to apply those jobs? ex: jobstreet, jobsdb and etc.

Iirc it touch 2.70 once during my working years but I know nuts about money market. So I will change some at 2.4 , some at 2.5 then much more if > 2.7.  If ringgit drop a lot then it is a good time to use SGD to clear my loan in Malaysia.

I will go where the money flow. 10 years is too long for me to predict the future. Try my best to seize the best opportunity, and if other country offer me better monetary return with comfortable lifestyle then I will go. If Malaysia is doing good and I can make more money back home then I will go back, but I doubt that la. I just don't want my children go through the same shitty system as me when I was in Malaysia.

Hey bro, I'm interested to join sg gym in the near future. Fitness First might be good after several comparison with others.

manyak mahal leh... go to community gym only ler
ya abit pricey but the equipment and facilities was like 10times better.

One of the benefit I'm looking forward is the shirts and shorts provided so you don't need to prepare extra or wash later. Cases like landlords in SG who has warn not to use washing machine often might be the best choice? cool2.gif cool2.gif
