Oops sorry I though he is 21 already.

Then you can something simple and nice. Maybe some handcraft item with little meaningful quotes on it. Don't have to blow your money on expensive stuff as I assume you just started working.

Btw ignore all others that is pressuring you to have sex as birthday gift. Just do things that you are comfortable with. After all sex should be enjoy by both parties and if you are not ready then it is pointless to do it. In fact it might be worst if your bf see u don't enjoy yet, makes him feel he can't preform.
