my friend's TF cannot use the touchscreen.. anyone know how fix this? he has tried reflash using nvflash , but still cannot use. now trying to drain the battery and charge it back up

yes, the same friend.. he just collected his TF today, during collection he already checked it and the screen working fine. But after came back.. suddenly screen cannot detect touch. i feel so pity for him. but after searched about the issue, seems like some ppl also encountering the same issue and the way to fix it is to drain the battery 1st. hope it working, otherwise dunno wat to say already

i didn't recommend... he is an android enthusiast just like me.. only luck is not with him..
no other android tablet can beat transformer at the moment.. so he still has very high hope to get the TF working again

that's why.. i never recommend the TF or any other android tablet yet to my friends or relatives.. except only if i know he/she is i really interested in android
normally i just recommend them ipad.. end of story lol

Just to update, seems like draining the battery is really the solution to non responsive touchscreen. My friend's TF now working again, at last!

anyone can recommend me where I can get the TF cash&carry? I would like to buy 2nd unit...obviously want to avoid Evernew

u can also plug in usb cable from the TF to the phone to get it charge up while tethering

I went to Mines, all shops said transformer out of stock, call shops in Lowyat, also out of stock, Evernew too (just to check)
very difficult to find one, I thought the production already ramped up

err..does it matter? why need to reboot..just put it on sleep la like u use ur phone

owh ok. mine normally around 1min to reboot, not a big deal for me coz I seldom reboot. some more I like watching my beautiful Transformer boot animation

that's what my friend did last time.. the service guy said no spare parts to repair..so he wrote memo for 1-1 exchange.. end up my friend waited 1 month to get his TF replaced

if you want to make a call, I don't think you can since honeycomb don't have the phone call feature

anyone has been able to do bluetooth tethering from galaxy S to TF?

seems like most of the shops and sellers that selling TF are getting theirs stocks already...those still waiting, grab urs now
