I have no idea how to close the application on my Eee pad TF101, I saw lenovo one can close the application with the "X" but it doesn't seen in TF101

Actually i also didn't receive any notification for the update,isaw their fb page there are still manypeople haven't receive the update aswell

Anyone has the folowing problem?
1.browser auto close if 2 flash runing simultaneously in a same tab
2.a notification pop out "Refreash failed, please try again later"
3.downloaded aps from android market, but do not install.try again then can already
