Well... you can expect some light bleed on the bottom screen... Case make sound when holding to hard... Unbalance sound from speaker... Dock battery drain issue...

I only have some light bleed which i no longer notice since i have the dock... and sound from case which i rarely hold... dock battery has been solve by disabling track pad but that firmware issue not hardware...

16GB + Dock RRP should be RM1799... Try survey different shop... Who know they can give you big discount...

i would love to say go with tab 10... but i just can't... lol...

Asus TF has its advantages... you can use it like a notebook when you need to, its got microSD slot, USB on the dock... I think Tab10 does not have any external memory slot at all...

as for QC... i dun think there have been really any major issues. lightbleed... i consider as normal la. i dun really notice it unless its when we power up the tablet... even then, if you purposely look at it, then its obvious. else... you won't even know it. my wife uses it and she's not mentioned light bleed... so its ok.

however, when anyone wants to get a unit, i think owners here will agree... get the shop to agree to let you check thoroughly before you pay for it -- you can tell them you do not want a unit with even 1 dead pixel & the dock must have all working keys... that way, its also fair to them. else people can say silly things like... i dun like the colour, dowan to buy... and make sure they open the seal in front of you. the boxes are sealed... yes, that's why i mentioned earlier to be fair to them too...

Let me share a joke with you all. I just bought Eee pad transformer from Canada but without a cover case. I went to a decent computer shop in Penang, ask for any case for sale since they have a few boxes of eee pad as stocks.

Their answer? No, no such cover case for Asus eee pad because Eee pad slider is out soon and no one wants to make cover case for the old model. Please use netbook bag instead. I was puzzled with such answer.
