I sent my tf to asus royal club last 2 weeks for dock problem but still no news. Should I call them asking or waiting for them calling me to collect it?

finally, going to collect back my TF tomorrow at ASUS Royal Club.I miss my TF badly
 7 weeks without it almost make me become a killer and kill the enginer responsible for repairing my TF  |

Right now i'm at SC waiting for them looking for my dock. How come they said i'm only give pad only while in the receipt wrote Eeepad 1 set. Stupid service. Do I have to wait another 2 months for them looking my dock?????
