R52 and R50e is the same ,or R52 faster??(loading windows speed with same RAM)

Another IBM R52 1858NA2 here.. with P-M 1.73, 768MB DDR2 RAM, 60G, 915GM Chipset, CD-RW/DVD Combo. Picture will be uploaded later..

I got this laptop for RM 4288 + 512RAM + Backpack + notebook lock + voucher. I bought it from my notebook shop. Anything?

Wanna ask you all.. I just found a weird pixel "like a dot" on my screen while i was watching drama. Even i shutted it down oso can notice it.. it's like a dust stuck inside.. or is it dead pixel?

only 1 dead pixel can claim? my fren's toshiba got also but yet he c annot claim due to the warranty policy. Must have at least 3 pixels then only he's able to claim.. So what should I do now?

I only notice this today.. Last time when I got my laptop I did a check but then din notice about that.. How does a dead pixel occur?

I used to have T21 and T23.

The T21 got stolen and T23 was sold to Austin.
Currently, I am having IBM X23. The spec is as below:

PIII 866Mhz
640 SDRAM
30gig HDD
Docking station with floopy and DVDROM
Of all the notebooks that I had and having now, this is my favourite one. Sadly, it doesnt have build in wifi (some X23 comes with it). However, I am using Cisco Aironet 350 wifi card to go wireless. I used to have 2 Cisco cards but I included 1 the guy who bought my T23.
Previous IBM T21 spec:

Of all the IBM I had, the T23 felt fastest. T21 comes second and X23 is third but not too far from T21. I love the X23 so much that I seldom use it. I only use it when I go hot spot to surf net. Bought a second battery for it too.

The one which I use everyday is A TwinHead P4 2.2Ghz (bought from Austin). Damn nice and robust machine. Comes with Magnesium casing. This is also my favourite after the X23.

my LCD screen have finger print ,can use what to wipe it off?

This model got any wide screen and clear view or not?

good batt life ,for my R52 ,the batt life is a bit lausy.

I like my IBM bc of the

1) build-in light
2) touch pad and also track point
3) Nice Casing
4) Access IBM ,Rescue and Recovery and also the Security Chipset.
