Ordered T495 on 31 July. Still no expected ship date.

Maybe I should've went for the X395 lol. Can't really complain tho, they said ship within 2 weeks and it hasn't been a week yet.

At least the guy with T495 got expected ship date. Mine dunno

My T495 is stuck at customs. Supposed to be delivered today but apparently it's missing import license. Why don't they prepare this thing early? Probably won't get my laptop until next week.

Called lenovo and asked about the missing import license, they said normal because customs need to check electronic devices.

Called UPS they said they received laptop since 9am and have emailed lenovo. Cause lenovo is the one who need to provide the import license and they haven't emailed UPS back.

Called lenovo again, now they said they have to provide import license because I complained that they haven't reply to UPS. Never mentioned that they were the one who need to provide it when I called them earlier. Said it will take 2 or 3 days to clear custom.

Searched around and it really is a common issue. Saw your post on FB too. Why don't they just email UPS the import license way earlier. So stupid to wait until it reached destination country then wait again.

More of annoyed actually. If they provide the import license earlier, I could have gotten it today instead of waiting for another few days. Thought I'll be able to use it for work during Raya because my current 2012 laptop is pretty much dead.

Oh yea it did. Unfortunately going back to hometown tomorrow morning. I wonder if they're open tomorrow. Wish I could just go to the warehouse and pick it up myself as Sepang really close by to my place.

Did you get your laptop? Mine was supposed to be delivered today but UPS guy never came. Called UPS twice but they said will deliver at the end of the day. So stupid.

Oh I expected to receive today because the accessories were delivered as what UPS website showed. Gonna try call them tomorrow morning and just pick it up at shah alam. My current laptop is dead and I really need it to do work. What annoys me tho when I called UPS, they were saying "driver will deliver any minute now". Then nothing.

Seems like there are two version. One with detachable cable and another with non-detachable. I think detachable cable is better.

I'm using T495 with R5 3500U. So far everything feel snappy and fast. Although, if you're using it for Android Studio, the emulator is slow. Seems to be an issue with AMD processor. Not sure about battery. Only been using for 2 days.

This won't leave glue on the laptop if you remove it? Might do it for my T495.
