QUOTE(widget @ Oct 14 2019, 08:25 AM) The price you paid to Lenovo.my already include shipping and Kastam. Normally the problem will be from no import permit, which is handled by Lenovo, which can cause a few days delay. Yes. Very slow. 40 days for delivery for a 4 weeks delivery time frame. If urgent, better buy from retail.

QUOTE(UnknownMy @ Oct 15 2019, 01:27 PM) Actually on the 14 Oct, your laptop is still in Korea. The "Malaysia' location update is more like a triggering/verification, which possible means that the UPS/Lenovo ground people are working on the paperwork (like import license) for custom clearance.
If your laptop really already fly to Malaysia then go back to Korea again, the update should have "Departure Scan" (Korea), "Arrival Scan" & "Departure Scan" (Sepang, Malaysia) and then "Arrival Scan" (Korea) again. Your Laptop actual arrival date is on the 15 Oct. I see that there is a "Import Scan", but don't have "Your package was released by the customs agency" update. Not sure already release or not, coz for my case, Lenovo/UPS has settle my laptop import license when my laptop still in Korea. So in my update I get "Your package was released by the customs agency" update first before "import scan". Correct. I got the same explanation from Lenovo regarding mine right now. Once they get the import license only will the package be shipped from its original destination @ Shanghai.
