i ordered two silicone cover but i rarely use unless my hands are dirty or oily. i keep it along with my laptop just in case

so i notice majority written and youtube videos saying that the new 10th gen cpu for ultrabooks are rubbish in performance. Most test states the old 8th gen 8565u is way better lol. From what i can see probably sacrifice performance and better battery life for the 10th gen

Just got my zendure super tank . It is a external powerbank capapable of 100W PD charging. There is also two usb and another usb c pd charging at 60W

I just try 100W pd charging and looks like it works on x1c7

Vantage say 1 hour to full charge but windows say 15min
but doesnt matter because i turn on charge threshold

Battery life on x1c7 depends on the screen.

1080p can use easily half day usage.

4k hdr is beautiful but sacrifice battery life average around 4-5 hours. With my powerbank with me shouldn't be a problem for 8 hours use.

dont expect professional onsite service though. Try monitor on the spot and complain to support if you do not like it because my neighbor copy me and bought a lenovo thinkpad as well but he have defects and need to have it replace. The support sent a noob and have no idea what is he doing for the one whole hour
my neighbor facepalm and i told the technican what is wrong. He still even need to watch video but follow wrong video again and make wrong mistakes.

After he conclude that it needs to replace finally instead swapping from a identical laptop he brought. The attachments were obviously different and still act smart. Later he told us that it needs to be replace or 1to1

However later at night the case suddenly closed . obviously he told support that the case is solved and support closed it. Lol what a douche tbh
My neighbor complained to support and request a different technican too but still end up meeting him again so neighbor give him one more chance to do it properly and monitor him again.

something is wrong then. Mine is 8665u i7 and 4k. I can last 4 hours at 30-50% brightness and volume 40% while on balanced mode ( better performance level ) keyboard backlit is on too . usage mix with web surfing + streaming videos
4k screen brightness nits are super bright enough even it is a glossy type while in indoors lol but i just set it to 30% - 50%

for your specs by right can last 10 hours at least

probably need update firmware or drivers
