Not recommendable. Heat will be a bigger issue than graphic hardware. When Dota Im having 75c even with dual pipe cooling system Thinkpad. Imagine urs

Next time can choose for L340 Gaming laptop, that is nicer design than the Y Legion gaming laptop.
For those build in graphics still can handle just need the laptop stand to rise up to allow more intake air, otherwise very hot at keyboard and bottom cover.

The issue is performance will throttle by the cpu once it reach certain high temp 80c to cooldown. Hence your gaming will get screen stutter and lagging.

To make it worse, X395 is extra thin ultrabook. But is still playable i guess medium setting and above. Put it beside stand fan should be ok

For me, 13.3” display it’s too small size..
Again the chassis very thin. I bought it X395 for documenting purpose only. Cause the price are cheap and again it’s X series.

I want to add additional RAM to T590 for dual channel. Currently on soldered RAM. Not sure what type MHz memory is compatible? Can advise?

Max 48GB is depend on your specs come with 8 or 16gb onboard.
U can add Ddr4 2666mhz Crucial or Micron or Samsung single slot 32Gb current for Samsung only.

DDR4 2400 or 2666 MHz is best on motherboard, both is compatible.

I Guess not much ppl encounter the issue for WWAN card does not working.

Haha both are Fibocom but the bottom one can’t be used.
ThinkPad does not recognised, the TOP one is bought from Lenovo serving centre after a years windows update to 1903 version, the Drivers not recognised, against cannot shutdown properly, each time force from restart.
Removed this before sold my X1 Carbon 6th Gen.
I was Guess Fibocom is the main issue, can check from Lenovo forum.

You can add only single free slot.
Either 8, 16 or 32gb Max.
Cause 8gb is soldered onboard cannot removed.

Yup make sure u add on to max 16gb , but the MHz speed is faster than X1 carbon 7th gen.
2400mhz for X395 vs 2133mhz for X1 c7 Gen.
