don't use 1900mah batt due to the phone chip will overheat ( plan to get it at ebay actually ).

even we at oversea and the phone got problem,they can remotely fix the phone just by some link inside the email. ( not to hardware problem ).

the tegra2 real power actually not fully being utilize yet by some limitation of froyo. (good news)



however is just some normal tips but it make me feel more confidence on O2X.

Dual core will shine upon Gingerbread, too bad LG is taking time with it otherwise O2X is a serious competitor for Sensation or S II alright.

hello guys...seems like o2x is the cheapest dual core phone...wanna get this phone...but heard it got problem with auto reboot...is the fix already available?

Latest firmware V10D ensure smooth and silky performance across daily use, as for power users, theres plenty of custom roms to modify as o2x is one of the most customize friendly droid out there.

just wondering if tegra 2 able to play at least 720p youtube video?
i feel sad it couldnt play that when SGS2 does,

good to me:
- almost everything
- at gaming is cool

what let me down:
-at web browsing, load fast but most of heavy web not smooth scrolling (even disabled or on demand plugin/flash doesnt help much)
-couldnt play youtube 720p or higher, sad
- it seems tegra 2 can only play baseline profile, not main and high profile
- still not fully optimize for dual cores, i don't think 2.3.3 or 2.3.4 are fully optimize for multicores

offcial Gingerbread coming soon, expected lots of thing improve, smoother and alot better than froyo, but I'll not expect too much
we got many o2x user here flashed cm7, but dont see any improvement that I expected more


anyways, op2x still very cool, I'm proud of being an op2x user

Tegra 2 short of NEON instruction

Just some stuff Neon can do:

-Watch any video in any format
-Edit and enhance captured videos - video stabilization
-Anti-aliased rendering and compositing
-Game processing, Speeding up 2D/3D graphics
-Process multi-megapixel photos quickly
-Voice recognition
-Powerful multichannel hi-fi audio processing
-NEON will give 60-150% performance boost on complex video codecs
-Individual simple DSP algorithms can show larger performance boost (4x-8x)
-Processor can sleep sooner, resulting in overall dynamic power saving
-Skia library used in Android ( for everything 2d from generating thumbnails to 2d graphics rendering) is 5x faster using NEON

It is pretty much a letdown but judging by its gaming ability, its still a pretty solid FPS performer, we'll see how it square up against TI-OMAP 4430 then.

zzz...i choose this LG coz i think i don need to pay extra to to have full version document editor..now at market all full version that editable is not an FOC

BTW as of 2 days use this LG..there are certain thing pro n con

Pro:-
1) can manage which no to divert to voice mail
2) can simply copy phone no from nokia to LG

Con:-
1) LG keabord not friendly user since don have 'noktah'..i need to click '123' button to show that 'noktah'
2) we cant assign ringtone from library. i need to copy that mp3 to the ringtone specific folder...
3) i didnt find setting to set sms ringtone
4) i cant manage 3rd party email apps 'mozier' as a main account..
5) cant set the location install app...the app oways install at internal memory..


Anybody know how to transfer or sync personal folder in outlook email...
