i just seen ur comment today, i dont really know what happen and how u was mistreated in my shop-

just for ur understanding- normally the box is sealed when the stock reach our shop- we hv to unsealed the box check the contents, this is our standard procedure to ensure there is phone in the box...

there are cases where sealed box but there is no phone in the box.. so we have no choice but to unsealed to check the contents...

my apology if my boys say any words that offended u, but if u buy from us we assure even if we unsealed the box the phone is still new...
