How do I know when I should check my bank whether Amazon has charged me? I'm afraid the bank will block like what TS faced, den my whole order cancelled =.= I hope I can notice before they reject my order

From my experience,

Amz will retry after a failed attempt - before they do that, theyll email u on de failed 1st attempt.. d email will go sumtin like tis :
Do u nid to change payment particulars to another credit card as there is some problems wif ur issuing bank.. yada yada..
U ll nid to comply wif ur bank and then advise amz on tat..

I think it won't affected you, not affecting CC card, I am using DC card. Citibank is updating their stupid system, a bit sot sot now. They said only settle in 1st quarter year 2012! Holly!

I bought in August and yes it came with slipbox (thin cardborad) and digipak. Seems the same as the one on offer now.
