Does any of you think that the Eco tint that comes together with the Inspira is good enough for sunlight and UV blockage?

I'm wondering if I should apply another layer of tint. Will have to spend another 200 bucks for auto lock as well

getting my car this week!! So excited!!

My Inspira Black 2.0P has some minor scratches on the side panel. The SA told me that they have already reported to Proton and will call me again to change it when they have stock ready. Do you guys think I should accept the car? Should be collecting it today if I'm willing to.

Is it normal that some noise from the gear box can be heard as you accelerate? The noise is similar to water boiling sound.

What do you guys think about changing the default inspira rim? I've got an offer to change to 17" rims and wondering if I should take it. The black rims look really nice lol but at the same time also worry about warranty issues if anything happens.

Changing rims wont void your warranty dun worry bout it. only those wiring stuff will void ur warranty I dunno about the headlights will void warranty anot.

From what I have been told is that if we change rims then we would have to do alignment again which the possibility of affecting the brake pad, not sure how true it is though.

Any of the seniors here wanna share about your thoughts on changing rims?

we just say to prevent this only... Setapak branch at Genting Kelang? u get from the sales man what name? hehehe

mileage cannot more than 10KM (mine i take is 6KM) , Chasis  for 2.0 should be around 8000 less or more,

u may ask him is new car or not... and pretend u know what chasis is currently running lo.. dun worry so much... when

arrive u can reject him when u see anything not correct when u collect the car. but i scare u will hurry till thinking

(ahhhhhh.. take la... sudah sampai infront of me) hahahahaa... so u see nicely lo...

I collected my 2.0P last week and my chassis is 71xx(production date: 1st April 2011) so I dont think its necessary to demand for around 8000 . Mileage is important I would say anything more than 10km will be unacceptable for a new car.

By the way, are we suppose to collect the free 3 years service voucher on the day we collect our car or do we wait for them to be sent via post to us after that?

Just done pumping petrol 2nd time for my 2.0P and whats strange is that the meter just dropped dramatically from (60km left to fuel) to (Empty - Refuel) so I know for sure that theres a lot of petrol left inside the tank but I went to refuel regardless.

After I refuel to full, the total for 2nd time refule was 48 L of petrol and the first time I pump was 55L (atleast 7 L left in the tank) and when I started engine it shows that the amount of distance I can travel is 380 as compared to 500 the previous time.

Is something wrong with my meter or is it normal for our inspira? How come both times I refuel to full but the digits have such a huge difference?

juz ucrious, does anyone know why do we need to censor out our car plate number when posting pics of our car online? Is there any possibilities that the car plate number could be abused?

Just test drove my friend's Lancer 2.0GT today. The power of the engine feels exactly the same as my Inspira but the gear changing for lancer is a lot smoother. When I'm on Inspira with D mode the gear tends to not shift unless I let go the accelerator a little bit

Don't know if its just my inspira. Anyone shares the same opinion?

which SC are you going to? mutiara damansara SC will tell you that using better oil than your free service voucher will VOID warranty...this is coming from a BIG SC...whereas smaller SC will let you trade in your free voucher for better oil by just topping up the difference ..the choice is pretty obvious if you intend to request for better oil

im going to the one in jalan ipoh behind PE showroom. will see how much is the difference and decide ^^

Anyone know any famous rim shop or something around PJ???
*
Try seeking for nestum in this forum. That guy has an amazing collection of rims available and offers really good price.

here

His shop is located at Jln. Ipoh if im not mistaken. I'm still wondering if I should change my rims awww. Worried that switching to slim tyres will spoil the comfort of my car.
