From 0.80 to 0.13 in 15 months, you'll most probably thought that the company would close shop by now. Today, it's at 1.36, 10x the price when it bottomed out back in 2009

Just went to the roadshow recently, 1 bedroom eclipse tower 2 (465sqft + 206sqft of private terrace) is selling at 510k. Damn that's crazy expensive. The sales lady keep saying that i can rent this one out at 2.2/2.3k monthly (loan 2.1k monthly so like a small profit), is it possible?

Given the current Cyberjaya environment and country's economy, rental of RM2.2k+- for a 465sqft + 206sqft of private terrace studio unit is way overpriced. Almost impossible to find a tenant, IMHO.

Salesmen talk is dangerous....

10-11 years back when i still uni boy go buy condo agent say can rent out 1.7k....

Lol memang boleh achieve one siap exceed that amount...

But i took me after 4-5 years of vp only exceed that rate...

What I worry is when the building ready lots of owner rent it to African, this happen in my domain 3 investment all the comment facility and lift spoil and the value of the building now decrease due to the bad maintenance........ Sell cheap also no one there to buy...

some happen coz the JMB is sucks (let the owner for not paying the maintenance fee) and also coz by greedy owner that always looking for rental profit without thinking the long term effect of their props.

every1 dont want pay maintenance project gonna run down ... nobody wanna stay , property price sure not up then .... sad for those if buy own stay ...

Owners of paragon, osk claims that there is no LAD as it is 36 months from Authorities approval date which is November 2012 and owners have to bear GST 6% on progress claim on handover stage. In addition, changed of full glass panels to apartment look windows are due to direct facing sun light that cause massive heat. What a good excuse!
