This is part and parcel of buying off plan property for an integrated development that takes into the future. Early buyers take higher risk in hope for better value and price escalation as development matures. Risk is lowered if developer delivers to their promise.

With the downsize of the retail mall and removal of the hotel development that people are buying into, that value now is taken away and is a punch below the belt. Not to mention the impending competition to investors from the introduction of Kepler units once they are delivered.

In fact I almost bought one as well with their heavy advertising but decide not to go forward.

I sympathise with the buyers. I hope you guys will continue to address this with OSKP.
