Dang, I book 1 unit facing that direction high floor.. see water septic pond view ? later all the smell comes habis lar
The SA told me wider n good view better than Tower 2 view limited coz block by tower 1 and Soltice....

Ic.. looks good tamarind square more malls, office &shoplots.but the water septic will be an eyesore coz can be seen from high floor.

U still can get and submit referral form within 3-4 days of booking from OSK property office.

Any1 get their referral fees from OSK for Eclipse?
Was told its postpone pymt to next year Feb..

The billing was delayed due to some "chgs of plan".
Went to the Star Property fair few weeks ago, spoke to osk staff there was told will only bill around Jan/Feb next yr.


Yeah.. Keppler Residence also cancelled, hotel office maintain and shopping mall design chg.. no more oval round dome shape..

Mine was Eclipse.. have 2 referrals.. waiting since May this year... donkey months already.
